Our system makes light work of all stonework, brick, render and masonry using high temperature steam. Whilst the temperature in the unit is high, the pressure on the surface being cleaned is very gentle and the volume of water is very low. The surface is not saturated and will be dry within minutes.

How does Therm-Steam work?
The system works by heating the water up to 160°C while keeping it in liquid form at the nozzle end. This is known as ‘Super-Heated Water’ (not to be confused with steam cleaning which is far less in temperature).
Super-heated water is highly effective as the high temperature kills off any algae and mould spores, however because the water is still in liquid form, it still provides a high pressure spray to wash away the dirt and grime easily and effectively.
